Process of manufacturing
1. Shot blasting:
Shot blasting on aluminum extrusions plays a crucial role in improving both the surface quality and performance of the material. It effectively removes oxidation layers, die lines, and surface contaminants, leaving a clean and uniform finish. This roughened surface enhances the adhesion of subsequent treatments such as anodizing ensuring better durability and resistance against corrosion. Additionally, shot blasting improves the aesthetic appeal of aluminum profiles by giving them a consistent matte texture, which is highly valued in industries like solar, construction, and automotive. Overall, it is an essential step to achieve both functional reliability and premium appearance in aluminum extrusion products.
2. Anodizing
Following surface preparation, the aluminium frames undergo anodizing, an electrochemical process that strengthens the metal. This step transforms the natural surface of aluminium into a durable oxide layer, offering enhanced corrosion resistance and wear protection. Anodizing also improves thermal stability and allows the frames to retain a smooth, aesthetic finish over time. The process ensures that the frames maintain structural integrity even under harsh environmental conditions. By creating a hard, protective layer, anodizing extends the lifespan of the frames and provides a professional, consistent look suitable for all types of solar panel installations.
3. Cutting
After anodizing, the aluminium profiles are cut precisely to the required dimensions based on design specifications. Advanced machinery and careful measurement ensure accuracy and clean edges. Proper cutting is crucial for maintaining structural strength and ensuring that all pieces fit perfectly during assembly. This step reduces material waste and allows for seamless integration with other components. Precision cutting also sets the stage for subsequent processes like punching and corner crimping, ensuring uniformity across the entire production batch. Accurate execution here guarantees the quality and efficiency of the final solar frame.
4. Punching and Corner Crimping
Once cut, the frames move to punching and corner crimping, where holes and slots are added according to design requirements. Punching enables easy assembly and attachment to other components, while corner crimping strengthens joints and enhances structural stability. This step ensures the frames can withstand mechanical stresses such as wind, snow, and installation loads. High-precision equipment guarantees consistent placement and tight-fitting corners, resulting in durable, reliable solar frames. The combination of punching and crimping provides both functionality and robustness, essential for long-term performance in outdoor applications.

5. Packing
The final stage of our process is packing, where the completed frames are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Protective materials are used to safeguard the anodized finish and maintain the integrity of the cut and crimped sections. Each frame is inspected for quality before being securely packed for shipment. Proper packing ensures that the product reaches clients in pristine condition, ready for installation. This attention to detail demonstrates our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, making certain that every solar frame meets the high standards set throughout the manufacturing process.
